denial of credit card, due to wrong matching with cibil report(i.e cibil report of another person is compared with my identity & denied credit card for the low scoring)

Need apology letter from citi bank, for clearly mentioning the mistake done at their end. Hence the same letter might be used by me for other loan applications in future. And to prove my credibility to my near & dears.
