CitiBank – Non receipt Cash back scheme

According to Citi bank advertisement published in March-2014, flatmate I was suppose to get 10% cash back on i Phone 5C / 5S purchase. I checked up with citi phone officer before buying this 5C phone and they confirmed few locations, from where this scheme is available. So I decided to buy from the one location- Croma. I also checked up with Croma staff on the same point and they confirmed that yes this cash back will be credited after 6 months to my account. After 6 months when I started checking I am getting different different terms and condition which I never saw or probably no body highlighted while buying this merchendise. Your objective of increase the sell of i Phone through citibank credit card is solved here as I did the same, but I did not checked on which machine this card was swiped. As a normal customer do not have the technical know how of your swiping machine which get the print of some specific words on the charge slip. So with that excuse it is not fair to punish the 20 years old citi bank ” so called preferred customer” . I am absolutely un happy with this denial and mistreatment you have given to me. And I will not leave this topic closed untill I will get my cashback which I am technically deserving.
