I have purchased a flat from S.V.S.S.Constructions, Hyderabad. The Builder has not settled the account, inspite of several reminders. The complaints are listed as below: 1) As per the brochure, builder was to provide the swimming pool. Accordingly, the price was negotiated. Later, the builder has informed that, since he has not got the permission from municipal authorities, he has not provided the swimming pool. I have paid Rs. 200 more per sft towards swimming pool. My apartment area is 2500 sft. Hence, I would like to claim Rs. 5 lakhs for not providing the swimming pool. 2) Rs. 2.10 lacs has been collected additionally from me, mentioning that this is towards tax. However, the Builder is not giving me the bill/invoice, for the amount paid. I have asked the builder to refund the amount to me. 3) As per the agreement, the building should be completed in all respects by October-2012. Beyond this date, the Builder is liable to pay Rs. 20,000/- per month, as a penalty. The works are still in progress. As of this month, the Builder is to pay Rs. 1.60 lacs as a penalty. 4) As per the specifications, he has not provided me the windows in 1 room and covered the corridor with windows, which should not be done. I have asked him to pay Rs. 1 lakh towards the same. Please help me in getting the above amounts from the builder. The managing partners of the construction firm are Mr. Sreenivas Akula (9246528378) and Upendar Pulluri (9246527377). Their mobile nos. are also mentioned.

The consequences are as below: 1) My comforts are compromised by not getting the swimming pool from the builder. I have paid excess amount for not getting the same. 2) My savings of Rs. 2.10 lacs are blocked with the builder for not getting the Bill/Invoice. 3) I am financially burdened, by paying the EMIs to housing finance company, though the project is not complete in all respects and not enjoying the property to the fullest. 4) Ventilation and air flow is blocked in one of the room and corridor, for not providing the required windows and covering the corridor area.

I would like to have a compensation of Rs. 10 lacs (Rs. 9.7 lacs for the above mentioned points and Rs. 30,000 additional for the follow up, suffering and stress caused). Please help me in getting the required amount.
