‘My self is gurpreet kaur my father name is late Harvinder singh taken a policy of your
Company policy no is 000781004 . my father is policy owner in this policy and I am insured person . my father has taken this policy on 28/10/2006 . but my father meat with accident on 20/12/2006 and he is expired at the spot . my father given only one installment of sum of RS 95000/- after my father death I can’t afford this amount
And I am not submit another two installment . my father taken your policy on 28/10/2006
that time I am minor my date of birth is 25/6/1990 . but as on date I am a major .I want to become a policy owner of this policy . I am already submit original policy in pritam pura branch new delhi . hand over to sushant (executive in your company) he is given
as a receiving a photocopy of original policy . sushant told me you submit this original
policy and take a clamed of your father death . I am submit original policy in month of
april /28/2009. he is given me a wrong suggestions . so I am cancerand with your call center
and he said your father is policy owner not a insured person so first you transferred this
policy to your name . so after that I am contact with sushant and told him where is my policy I am submitting this policy in 28/4/2009. eleven month back he said your original policy is miss place I said how come . he is abuse me and said do any thing what you
you want . plz take serious action against this complaint . plz change my address as well

after my marriage my new address is a-35 dalip vihar , nilothi ext. nangloi ,new delhi
