my icici-pru health assure plus policy no. is 4946929.about 4 months ago i had submitted claim for my heart attack treatment done in sri balaji action medical institute.i have also submitted all rlated doccuments required.but no action for claim has been taken so far.this is a rason of harrasement by icici prudentil
