I booked a hotel on 26.12.2014 at around 10:30PM(Krishna residency)at hyderabad via cleartrip.com and i contacted hotel at the same time and hotel replied that there are no rooms vacant for you kindly contact Cleartrip for the refund. The very next day that is on 27.12.2014 i contacted cleartrip customer care for the complaint , customer care executive tolld that the money will be refunded but when i followed up for refund on 01.01.2015 , the customer care executive replied that the hotel made rooms available for me but i didn’t go to the hotel and my money cannot be refunded. This is totally a false statement by the hotel or by the Cleartrip. MY Trip ID for Booking is-14122624572

I want my refund of Rs.1549
