With Reference to the booking reference 1407166393, the ticket (for my wife) generated is a faulty ticket due to malfunctioning of the app. While booking i selected the correct source and destination, it showed me list of option I chose the onward from the left column and return from right ( standard procedure for cleartrip ), and proceed with the payment. When the ticket got generate i saw that the source and destination has been swapped while the date remaining the same. I called up the call center and they denied to accept and change the booking or refund the complete amount. Then i sent them the video of the app malfunctioning, and its been five days they are giving vague reasons and buying time everytime and none of the time supervisors are coming online because of the false commitments they have made. The most strange part is customer service does not have access to email nor the application itself and they cannot address to issues even if customer is providing a proof of fault. Each time one calls the previous person who attended the call is not available and the new person say you will receive the call in next 24hours. During this one of the executive even recommended that not to book a new ticket. Trusting him i did not. Now the other executive say please book the ticket and incase the app is faulty they will refund the amount. I have a video for the app, which clearly shows the malfunctioning of the app. The same is also sent to Cleartrip support team
1. I want the procedure to be more customer friendly. 2. refund of money plus compensation to difference of amount of amount if any 3. compensation towards wastage of time and effort & Harassment
