Hi, This complaint is on behalf of my wifes account with indiabulls securities we have around 52 shares which have been freezed by them. Below are the details. I have been running behind Indiabulls to get my account de freezed for the past 4years to no avail. My account was blocked due to non updation of pan card details. I have informed indiabulls of the below. ~I had been provided with a pan card # AOZPK1200K but never got the physical pan card and when I tried to get a duplicate one it was rejected due to discrepency in my birth date. ~Please note this pan card was updated with IndiaBulls securities. ~As I did not have enough knowledge of how all this works I applied for a new pan card after my marriage and was allotted a new pan card # BYGPK0366J ~Thereafter I surrendered my old pan card which I had never received. ~I informed IndiaBulls about the above by visiting your office in Pune, by calling up the helpline (call ref no. 4878753) and also by sending emails. ~I was mis advised by your agents to open a new trading account (client I’d #414516) but nothing materialized. ~I was also asked to send an affidavit on a rs500 stamp paper with declaring the above issue of my pan card but again nothing materialized. ~In the interim I have been receiving timely dividends for the shares which are lying unused in my account. All I wanted to know is the correct procedure to be followed so that I can have account reopened and sell of my shares. Now I have no other option but to take legal recourse and approaching the consumer forum as I have all the details in writing from indiabulls about what all was advised to me. I also have the courier receipts of the affidavits being sent to you. I would like to have my account de freezed so that I can sell off my pending shares. Need to have the shares in our account de freezed and sold at the current market value without ajny additional hassles or charges. Need compensation to the amount of 1 crore for the false promises and unnecessary runaround given to my wife while being pregnant. Also due to the incompetant and incorrect answers to a simple question about informing the correct procedure to get the account unblocked.
