I had booked a Surat to Mumbai return flight with Cleartrip on the 2nd of july 2014 for a journey that was to occur on the 17th of October 2014 with PNR: P33K2V. Due to multiple delays and cancellations by the airline (spicejet), the airline cancelled part of the onward journey and I was supposed to receive the refund amount (around Rs. 1481) from Cleartrip. I was told Rs. 300 would be deducted by cleartrip but they ended up deducting the entire amount except for Rs. 10 and claimed over phone call that it all went towards their customer support but when actually they did not assist with any part of my journey (dealing with cancellations and rerouting) apart from the initial booking. They have even sent me a fraudulent split up of the charges (mentioning that the airline had only refunded Rs. 300.

I want to be credited the actual refund amount that they had received from Spicejet without any deductions (since I was forced to waste Rs. 300 on call with their customer support who did not wish to resolve said issue as it was a case of fraud and misappropriation of funds on their part)
