Dear Sir/Mam, I would like to inform you that I had opted service from click2resume, Delhi, on 28th August 2013, & click2resume.com promised me on phone that I would get all respective services within 3 working days. But I am on 18th October, 2013, but till yet I have not received any proper service. Whenever I am calling for service request click2resume.com is taking one time period & promising on phone that if the services are not provided during that time period, the money would be refunded to me and after each such time period I have been sending an email to click2resume.com that the services are not provided & I am not satisfied with their services & requesting click2resume.com to refund my money, but click2resume.com is not responding & breaking their promises and letting me to roam around click2resume.com. And now click2resume.com has stopped taking my call as my mobile number is displayed to them. I am really very frustrated because click2resume.com has taken money from me but not providing services and they are not ready to refund my money also. This is my humble request to you kindly help me out to get my money back. I would like to share the services opted from them in detail with ‘Order ID’, ‘Service ID’, ‘Product/Service Name’ & they are attached here with.

I want to get my entire money back Rs.29000
