The said product is registered with the name of Mr. Jayprakash Sharma(Customer Id-1009366238) and registered mobile no is 9823130535. We have filed complaint with customer care of Eureka Forbes about breakage of tap of water purifier on 2nd October 2013 with its online no. 020-39883333. Due to the breakage we are facing many problem in taking out the water from the purifier and the tap facility of tap in the purifier became worthless. After that day we are calling everyday to the customer care as well as repairing center at Nagpur to repair that tap but we are not getting any kind of solution. We have also sent mail to the customer care of the said dealer on 14th October still our purifier has not been repaired.

Repairing of tap and also appropriate compensation for the harassment and deficiency in service.
