I opted for Club Mahindra membership in August and were typically interacting with Club Mahindra’s sales executive Jaiprakash of Andheri East, Mumbai office. At the time of opting for membership he made large promises but failed to deliver any of them as we tried to plan our holiday during Diwali he kept on committing to get back but never did so, I also contacted many times at feedback@clubmahindra.com but even they did not respond in time, ultimately I had to plan my holidays on my own at the very last moment which costed me 35,000 rupees.

Because of this hapless response I asked Club Mahindra to withdraw my membership and refund the total amount given so far, but they are refusing to give any amount back to me. I have also enquired with few more people who are members and they all are saying this is a rigged company and they don’t get the bookings confirmed and have given upon. Request you to kindly take a note of this and guide to get the refund.
