Club Mahendra – Membership charges refund

I had enrolled for club Mahindra membership last year 2012. I had gone for payment of EMI option and under white membership and done a down payment of Rs.22060 in Dec 2012. Accordingly, my instalment of Rs. 7626 per month started from February 2013. Accordingly, the payment is thru ECS dated 7th of every month. Since there were a few bonus holidays I had been trying to book their resorts in advance in the white season ( in June July)from April itself. However in spite of booking so much in advance, the booking at my desired location close to Mumbai were unavailable. I tried several options but still it was unavailable. Frustrated with this I decided to cancel my membership via an email to them dated 11th June 2013. I had not availed to any benefit of the membership. When I asked for a refund they have plainly refused. However they said that the membership is on hold due to the cancellation request from June 2013 and have also mentioned that any payment received post June 2013 shall be refunded. I had communicated to my bank ICICI to stop payment to club Mahindra but somehow it was not stopped and the July 2013 instalment had also gone to them. When I asked for that refund also they are now plainly refusing to refund both my overall amount (due to instalment and down payment) and the 1 month instalment post my cancellation request.

I am hereby requesting your kind office to help me get my money back I.e. Rs.67816. I have not claimed any benefit from their membership and hence feel that the entire amount must be refunded to me.
