) about the concern raised for vehicle No DL-3C-BS-7180, “neither any action has been taken by your company nor any assurance been given” Therefore am not able ascertain for how much time I have to drive my vehicle on Petrol Mode. As stated by your GM, “leakage of CNG” is life-hazardous and can sought severe damage to public property and the several precious lives as well; I add few more lines to it “Does the responsibility of a person holding the post to the level of General Manger is limited to the submission of false presentations and concocted stories to your customers” Or he is actually competent enough to address the grievances of Customers bought to his notice. Kindly provide a detailed reply in writing on the following facts · The leakage of CNG gas in the vehicle was first bought to your notice on 18-5-2014 for which you passed on your responsibility to your back-end supplier MINDA saying that either one or more of the CNG fitment has been supplied by MINDA so your people do not hold expertise and knowledge to erect the cause of leakage.From that day till today what actions have been taken at your end. · Why I should not bring this matter to news / print / electronic and other forms of media so that illusions that General public carry about the road-worthiness of Maruti Vehicles may be clarified. · If the fault as mentioned here above is not addressed within 15 more days from today Why I Should not proceed the matter to Competent Court of Laws, District Consumer to sort out if I committed a serious mistake by purchasing a vehicle from your company · What are the remedial procedures do the company follows if the vehicle catches fire and put threat by endangering the life of General public due to negligence of your Service Officers. · Shall the negligence as stated above may be attributed to Unintentional Attempt to Murder within the meaning of INDIAN PENAL CODE and hence be trailed as same.
