Hi, During my trip Ooty/Mysore/Bangalore in last week, I had to buy a lot of water bottles. I was sad seeing the MRP printed as Rs 20 on 1 ltr Kinley bottle. I remember that till some months back the MRP printed on Kinley bottle used to be Rs 12. I wish to know that what has happened that has forced the MRP to be increased from Rs 12 to Rs 20 i.e. 75% increase

Price escalation of 75% within a few months without any reasoning in the system. Price difference of 33% on the similar bottles. I had raised the query on indiahelpline@coca-cola.com. This id is given on bottle. I had raised the above-mentioned query on June 9th, 2013. But I have not received any reply or even acknowledgement.

1. Want to know the reason for such huge price escalation of 75%. 2. Want to know the reason for such huge price difference of 33%. 3. Reason for not replying for 5 weeks and 3 reminders.
