Dear Sir

I had purchased a cheese croissant from Modern Bazaar yesterday. My son while eating the same found a cockroach in it. I have sent the piece to Modern bazaar for evidence. I have attached a photo of the same in my mail.

Despite trying to call the manager she did not come online and i was being attended by different people. Initially they did not want to agree that there was a cockroach then after my drivers constant persistence they agreed and said “replace kar lo”. Finally they agreed to replace the same but the attitude of the staff Mr. Lalit was extremely callous as if nothing has happened.

My question is if such reputed bakeries do not have the time to inspect the quality of food which they sell at double the cost why don’t we have a proper inspection process of quality in place. i want them to explain the certifications they have for such grave issues and why the manager does not have the time to attend to such queries.

They have by force kept the piece of croissant that i had as evidence.
