Sir/ Madam,

I received my PPO dispatched by the office of the DY CDA (AF) on 20 Apr 2010 in May2010. A copy of the same was dispatched to
SBI PB No.14, MG ROAD , TRIVANDRUM. My PPO No. is 08/14/A/0097/2010.
My pension account is with SBI PBB, Pattom, Trivandrum and the ac no. is 20002980077.
Till date i did not receive any notification regarding my pension and When i went to the bank on 19 Nov 2010, I was told by the Br Mgr that the main branch has not received my PPO and hence my pension cannot be processed. The Br Mgr had been very helpful and she contacted all the concerned personnel in the main branch and then confirmed that my PPO has not been received by the main branch.
When I contacted Dy. CDA (AF), I have been told that PPO once generated , it cannot be re generated. A copy of my PPO has been given to the Br Manager.
It is reguested to kindly trace my PPO and initiate my pension.
I am presently settled at Coimbatore and not in a position to make frequent trips to Trivandrum.
