Complaint against Samsung for defective Mobile no. SGH F-270

I purchased Samsung mobile model SGH F-270 on 10-11-2009 from Satyam mobiles, Sadar Bazar Sirsa (Haryana) INDIA; wide bill no. 28811. The battery backup of the mobile is hardly for a few hours while the company claims it to be of several days. I reported the matter to the vendor as well as to the local Samsung Service Centre several times. They used to keep the mobile with them for a few days and then returned the same without solving the problem everytime. In fact they have unofficially told me that this particular model has this very problem and that is why the company has discontinued this model. When I asked them to report my case to the company and get refund for the same they showed their helplessness and told me that the company policy is to linger on the matter and pass the warranty period.

In fact on one occasion the vendor gave an alternative old battery but the same problem continues. I reported the matter once to the Consumer Forum online also but with no result. It is requested once again that my problem be solved and if the model actually have such a problem either with some of its hardware or with its software, my money should be refunded along with compensation for harassment to me to meet the law of justice.
