Further would like to bring to your kind attention that till February,2010 my commission was directly credited to my account but the commission for the month of March has not yet been credited in my account.

Then I complained the matter with the customer care under complaint number 014044397 and after days they confirmed that my account has been closed and due to this the commission has not been credited. Whereas this is not true because my account is still active and you can confirm by calling them at 011-26569005

Once you confirm from the bank then please instruct the concern department to release the commission without any delay
