I had a trading account with the company which mainly involved trading in commodities in ncdex and mcx exchange.My account had balance of approx 49000 rs and suddenly one day company ceased all of its operation and my money is stuck in their account.When i visited their office ,they gave me a cheque for my balance but when i inquired the account from which cheque was drawn only had 300 rs.I visited once again and these guys are not co operating and have appointed some bouncers so that they can not be held accountable for money of the investors.Mrs nitu pandey and anurag nayar are the ones running the operation in that office and she gave me a number to contact ,but apparently that number is out of service .I am really stuck ,please help me

I want my money back and criminal case against both the persons mentioned above.Kindly guide me
