on 1/1/2010 i sent sms i.e START DND & Till know i have not received any promotional messages and while dialing at customer care it is not responding & the computer says sent sms.

deactivation of sim inspite of submission of particulars thrice

i took an airtel sim on feb18 and it worked only for aperiod of 10 days and got deactivated. i submitted my particulras thrice at the airtel office but no reponse or activation of my sim yet.
