Reg: Policy No. 11496480, 11495909 and 11496570

I have taken the above policies in the name of my chileren as an investment for my children by paying premium of Rs. 10000 each. The policies were taken for 3 minor children of Mrs. Rashmi Jain (Arshin, Anisha and Pragya Jain) for investment of the sum as a single premium investment policy.

However, I was surprised to receive notice for payment of renewal premium on 27-12-2008 for all the 3 policies and since then I have been approaching your representative as well as your Branch but the representative does not turn up for clarification. They have stopped attending our calls. It appears that they are conversant about the misrepresentation of fact while giving the policy.

We have approached your Bombay Call Centre No. as well as 1800-209-7777 and talked in detail. They have suggested us to file written complaint for the same.

You are requested to please see that the benefits under the policy be made available to us as committed and we are not required to pay anything further, by changing/ converting the relevant policy and intimate us accordingly.

An early response is requested. In case we don’t receive any response we will have no alternative except to approach the Consumer Forum as well as National Consumer Grievance Cell set up by the Govt. of India.
