With due respect I have to inform you that I have purchased a DATA card from Durgapur on 21.11.2008 and till date I cannot use it properly due to Lack of CDMA Network at our area. I have lodge complaint several times to your DGM office at Durgapur, but no such improvement I found because they told me the nearest CDMA tower is situated at City Centre & Bidhan nagar, but our house location is situated about 8 KM. from this tower.

Respected Sir, my question is after proper knowledge about network, why your office sold this Data Card to our location people?

Hence ware, I am paying the bill, for monthly usage charge of Data Card regularly without getting its proper service.

Earlier I had complaint to your Delhi Office about low feeble signal for which I cannot connect the net connection and why you are selling DATA CARD to our location people without having proper knowledge about your CDMA Network.

But it is ridicules to say that no one trying to make solution about the problem and today i am fade up for the high handness of BSNL like company.

With deep pain and being a BSNL customer I request you kindly receive the Data Card and try to pay the balance amount from your end.
