I have purchased a policy no. 01639280 from KLI in June 2009 but I could not receive any policy document. I request & made enquiry form KLI office Gurdaspur many times but no policy documents delivered to me from KLI. I submit written requests on various times on 14/08/2009 & other on 2/09/09 one month later Requesting again & again I had received the policy documents on 8/09/09 at office of Kotak life Gurdaspur. Observing policy document I found that terms and conditions of the policy are not according to my needs/ goal. So using the option of free look I submit request on 8/09/09 for cancellation of policy & refund my amount of Rs. 10000/- . Since then I had neither receive any revert from KLI i.e.policy documents or my amount of Rs. 10000/- as a period of more than 10 months had been passed. Please look into the matter and help me .
