Deduction of Rs. 2 each time I switch on or use a different mobile phone

I took a new bsnl connection about a week ago. From then onwards, whenever I switch on my mobile phone Rs. 2 is deducted. When I contacted the customer care service, they asked me to confirm sim service activation from a nokia handset for solving the problem but that also did not help. I am using a samsung SGH-X210 set and my mobile number is 9432801166.

charges debited against a SMS

Dear Sir,

At the onset i would like to request you to withdraw all the SMS which are routed through the number 56505020. As i am not aware when i have opted of this services but as i ma in my old age and does want to get debited any more hence forth it's humbly requested not to debit any charges.

Do include my number in the DND or DNC list for future.

on 08.09.2009 and confirmation message not get til 1 hours so i called to customer care service 9400024365

I buy a new connection (9478421045) from BSNL office 26/6/2009. According to the plan two numbers can be free. I use this facility 27/6/2009 like EXLPOWER FIRST NUMBER AND SECOND NUMBER then send 53733 as a feedback i receive a sms. But my number is not active. Then i compliant against this and custmors care provide S307176670 on 30/6/2009.

SMS not getting from SBI, www.indyarocks.com, www.google.com etc.

I use BSNL prepaid connection ( 9482013645 ). I added the same number for online banking for SBI (State Bank Of India). I am not getting verification code from bank as SMS which is very important in banking.
