i have loop mobile sim since last 7 year that given to me by my dad thus as per TRAI guidelines i submitted . Adhar (UID)No. to the company for the purpose of KYC but they denied to take this by hand by me they want person on whose name it is should present to submitted same.i facing lot of problem
