Tikona – sending bill after disconnection

I had asked the Tikona for disconnection since there was frequent disconnection and bad techical support. Every time I called I got response there is packet problem, we will resolve it within 24 hours. This continued for two months. Finally I asked for disconnection. So final settlement was done and they came and collected the devices also. After everything is done I had called up Customer care asking for re connection with a condition that they will provide better service. Immediately they activated the service and they sent me the bill without even sending device and technical person.Now i am getting frequent call from so called lawyer from no +911143646xxx and she is using very unprofessional language asking me to pay the amount.
