Order Date: 01/05/2014 Order No: 944146793 / Sub Order No: 77569219 I placed an Order for Noikia 108 Cell Phone and Eureka Forbes Aquasure Aquaflo DX Water purifier. Price of Aquasure Water Purifier Rs.6499/- with a Discount code of 12% = Rs.5719.12 . I applied the discount code and ordered the above two items. The Payment failed. I got a SMS from Homeshop18 – – Dear George, Payment against Order 944146709 (original order) has not been received by us. – – Please place the order again. I placed the order again. On checking the price I found, the discount of 12% (779.88) on Eureka Forbes water purifier was not given. I thought the Payment would be for the Order which failed. (which had the discount code) I immediately contacted Homeshop18 Customer Care by telephone giving the Order no: 944146793 and requested to Cancel the Eureka Forbes Water Purifier Order. Customer Care said THE ORDER FOR EUREKA FORBES WATER PURIFIER IS CANCELLED AND I WOULD GET THE REFUND IN MY BANK A/C IN THREE DAYS TIMES.HE ALSO SAID I COULD REORDER THE ITEM RIGHT NOW ON THE TELEPHONE. I wanted to wait for the refund before ordering again. In spite of the Eureka Forbes Water purifier being CANCELLED, it was shipped through. I SHOULD HAVE GOT A REFUND FOR THE CANCELLED ITEM IN MY BANK A/C. I never expected such a deal. Loss of Rs.779.88 I sent emails to Homeshop18, not responding. The discount 12% code is a general discount on the item on the site available to anyone purchasing the item, not a personal gift discount. Homeshop18 does not lose anything. Please help in getting the discount amount Rs.779.88.
