Applied for new connection @ my new address 1972 Sector 45 Gurgaon , connection fee debited from my citibank account dated 13/03/14 after due survey by their technical team as part of their process. Issued me the new number whn I followed customer care 0124-4387658 but never installed till date. Secondly called for closer of old number 01244275629 but their customer care advised for transfer , got calls after followups about possible to transfer , but never transferred till date. Finally today was refused for transfer that too when I called Customer care for followup.

New or Transfer of connection by Bharti Airtel at 1972 Sector 45 is must as many other works / security system works on Broad Band availability.
