i had given my handset to xolo service centre i.e m/s guru nanak communication centre add. above mentioned for camera not working on 18/05/2014. they asked me to wait for 5 days after that for 15 days and now they are saying after 26 days how much time this will take we dont know.customer care is also not responding.they are saying they will replace it with the new phone but when they dont know.when i said for consumer or legal complaint they said do it it is our daily work.

i want a new phone or my money back and some legal action or penatlity so that they will not harrase anyone in future
