Motorola EX 119 SmartPhone Problem

I had purchase Motorola EX 119 Handset on 20 March 2012. This was a Dual Sim, Touch Screen 3.2 MP Camera Phone. The Camera and Touch Screen both had some problem in May 2012. When i went and asked regarding this in Authorized Service Center they took it for servicing under warranty. But took 30 Days to get it repaired. Mean while in this gap i was keep on inquiring with Service Center and the Customer Care Motorola, Both were very irresponsible and no body gave me a proper status. After 30 Days i got my mobile but the camera in the set started behaving weird it use to work some times and sometimes not. The same issue of Touch Screen and camera again started in November 2012. Even this time they took 30 Days to get it repaired i tried contacting Customer care and Authorized Service Center no body came up with any support to me. I had asked for a replacement of the handset. But it was denied for no reasons. I tried contacting the All India Service Head but was of no use he didn’t answer any of my calls. Authorized Service Center people were very adamant and they were not disclosing any facts to me. Mean time I didn’t had any other back up handset given for the same. And a contact of mine was not under use for all the 30 Days. Even after this service the camera in the mobile doesn’t work properly.

As the mobile is there for 2 months with the Service Center from the date of purchase. I think the mobile has some manufacturing defect in it. So, I need Refund of the money for the purchased product. And the Authorized Service center and Customer care needs to be fined for failing to clear a customers issue. As there are many people who are being harassed by this company with their cheap quality products. This needs to be stopped so that it will be a lesson for them to act quickly on the complaints.
