Reliance Broadband – Address not updated – Review

I had requested by means of E-mail and Telephone calls to Reliance Broadband , User id-396966643571,for shifting and changing the address of my existing Wired-Broadband connection on 6th day of July , 2014. Having promised us to do the needful within 48 hours, Reliance had failed to act. Till date we have made in-numerous calls on their registered customer care numbers, we got false apologies and its been 15 days, and nothing has been done. Each time, the answer we got was ‘ PLEASE GIVE US 48 HOURS’ Once I was called by Reliance Office in Kandivali-Mumbai,and the executives mis-behaved with us to the extent of saying – ‘That our request will not be entertained’, and threatening me to do whatever I can and cut the call there and then.

Being students, we had to miss college waiting for these people to come at our place even after they promised to do so.- Missing on studies and losing attendance. Mental Harassment caused daily, talking daily to Reliance Broadband Customer care executives , each call duration lasting almost an hour. We missed out on our project deadlines given by our institutions. I had to appear for my GMAT test, for which I had to register by 13th of July, but due to failure in action by Reliance, I couldn’t get myself registered on this test, costing my further future studies. Economic loss caused – Every week im paying to Vodafone to avail their 3G services which has costed me alomst Rs.2000 in this 2 weeks time. I have already given an advance payment for 2 Months to Reliance and I have not been able to avail my services despite 100’s of reminders to Reliance.
