Vodafone site showed that 1GB data will be given on reacharge of Rs125 but gave 525MB. I rechareged on 17/18 midnight of oct-13. Today is 18th and still the site shows 1GB for Rs125.I contacted customer care of vodafone at night, they told all the system at bombay site is down so i cant provide u any info. and even cant lodge the complain. Then i contacted pune based customer care no. they also replied the same. Now again i called on 9923399233(voda care no.) he said the plan has been changed but I was shown wrong data and given less data after recharge. The customer care person tortured me for 40 minutes. They refused to lodge a complain. He asked me about site, I opened my lappy and told him the site and informed that the site still shows Rs125 for 1GB. I want my whole data as was shown on the site. The economic loss and mental torture should also be compensated.
