Samsung air-conditioners – gas leakage problem

This is to inform that my two air-conditioners (ACs) were picked-up by Samsung West Delhi Service Centre, Sector-7, Dwarka in the year 2011 for gas leakage problem only after intervention of the then Deputy MD. However, ever since my ACs are being picked-up and repaired by the above service centre, these are not working properly and give problem almost each year. During the last season (2013), I was initially informed by one of the Samsung Engineers that there is once again a gas leakage problem and the ACs would be required to be picked-up for repair on a chargeable basis. However, subsequently another Samsung Engineer from different Samsung service centre intimated that there is no problem with the ACs. In this connection, I would like to bring to your kind notice that Samsung Engineers deployed by West Delhi Service Centre are extremely untrained and unprofessional. These Engineers first create problems themselves and then force customers to pay money. In fact they are running their own “parallel business” in the name of Samsung whereby customers are offered similar services at a lesser cost without any guarantee; which is an extremely serious issue and needs a thorough inquiry/investigation. The matter has been taken up with Samsung (including MD) on a number of occasions but no action is taken till date against the West Delhi Service Centre and each time same untrained and unprofessional Engineers are sent to the customers for servicing, etc. It is, therefore, requested to kindly take necessary action against Samsung West Delhi Service Centre at the earliest under intimation to me. This also refers to all my communications sent to Samsung till date.

Replacement of both the ACs alongwith compensation as deemed fit.
