I have purchased a dth connection through this website (comparedth.com) on 22.11.2014.with this connection they have given me the offer of free shoes with shipping charges of rs.199/-which is to be bourne by the customer.i made the payment of rs.199/- on 27.11.2014 as shipping charges of shoes.they promised to deliver the shoes within 7-10 working days.but till date i have neither received any confirmation message by them nor i have received the shoes.i have call them 50-60 times for which they always reply it will be delivered within few days.nobody is giving a good response.
i want my payment back and call charges which were bourne by me.also some relief against the mental harassment caused by them
