Our ( Bajaj Allianz Life Ins Co Ltd) Query regarding lost the consignment (Competition prize) which was dispatched from our Mandi Branch (H.P.) to Kullu (H.P.)through Blaze flash Courier in Sept 2013, Dt 28/09/2013, Vide POD number 190480405.

But till dated it’s not delivered in Kullu branch and after many follow up with your BFC Mandi office but they are not responding to us. Kindly look into the matter & resolve the query as soon as possible.
