I have subscribed COMPETITION SUCCESS REVIEW magazine on 17-04-2013 at 1921 hrs for 2(Two) years. Merchant Reference Number is 1366206624/17741 and EBS Payment ID is 15935614. But I am not getting the subscribed magazine regularly. Initially I got May-2013 issue, then July-2013 issue and then Aug-2013. But I have not got Jun-2013, Sep-2013 and Oct-2013 issue till now. I enquried about same from CSR website, but neither they did not replied nor send my Subscription. I have attached the copy of receipt i received from the website.

Either they should send the magazine regularly and should send as many extra issue after subscription period ends as much issue they have not sent me. OR Return my whole amount, what i paid for subscription.
