From- Gaurav/ Shri Dipli B Patil Mobile 9850891189 Near Chintamani Apartment Kodoli Tal Panhala Dist Kolhapur. The above mentioned Handset (G REXS222, Receipt no. SSS5483) is bought on 5 June 2013 From S S Commmucication Kolhapur Maharashtra , on the Name of my Son Gaurav Patil . After 2 months it has stopped working suddenly . When taken to SS communication , they requested to take handset to Customer Service center . Samsung Customer Care noticed that the Handset contained water and the parts are corroded / Rusted . And the repair cost mentioned is Rs 3100 /- This mobile handset has a defect before i purchased . When this was not working this was taken to Customer Care within 8 hours . and due to water any part doesn’t get Corroded / Rusted according to Science further due to water such a damage is not caused. Regarding the Complaint was registered in Service Center Office , According to Head Mr . Ajit Mobile was taken to Service Center and they Refused to service freely . This handset is damaged since from manufactured so its your responsibility , if not we will take legal action towards this .
