Dear Sir,
I had purchased a new Voltas vertis ** Window A.C on dated19/04/10 from New Ganpati Electonics G.T.Road, Near West Hotel Panipat. His phone no. is 9812578200. But It has not been working since purchased date. It was informed by me to New Ganpati Electornics. He sent a engineer. Engineer told me that its relay is not working so it can not be working and this relay will be changed within 5 days, i will bring it and will come with a new relay and it will be changed free of cost due to under warranty. After that i done many called to Ganpati Electornics but he did not given any response. At last I sent many written complained to Voltas Customer care by my email id. They given a single response and said it will be repaired within 24 Hrs. but no body came. after that i have sent many reply to customer care but they didn’t reply me. Between in this period i continue called to Ganpati electronic regarding it. I taken a complained no. from Voltas Toll free number1800425455 and my complained no. is 10SP1300678. But nobody look on it. My all complained date is given below which was sent by me by email.

17/08/10, 18/08/10, 26/08/10, 06/09/10, 10/09/10, 13/09/10.

Sir, you are requested to take action against this dealler and company and solve my problem.
