Complaint Against Misbehavior of Airtel their Customer Care Representative.

I have Airtel Mob.No. 95038 92524. On my mobile many times without my permission Pramossional Servises has been activated by your end and my account balance is get deducted for this unwanted servises. When i m trying to call to your customer care service many times i got the answer Due to technical problem we cannot provide you details of acceptance call after 5-8 hr. after that also i m getting same reason again and again. yesterday my account balance got deducted by rs.4.00. when i trying to call customer care they given a reason that our system is not supported due to Fire in server ? please call after 8-10 hr. after that also reason dosent change by any word. And after that they directly disconnect my call without logging complaint or listing any thing. afterwards they didnt pick my call also.
