dear sir ,
i am a vodafone post paid mobile subscriber. from last few months i am using 222 post paid plan.but in last month i sent i request to vodafone to change my plan to 325 plan, they revert me that your plan will change on my bill date that 5th of every month.
but still my plan is not changed & because of this i am facing problems.
vodafone customer care is not assisting me, so i need your help, that how will i get the right judgment.
because this is only vodafon’s fault & why do i suffer for this.
please help..
