Dear Sir/Madam,
This is my complaint against LIC Of India, about a Death Claim of Mr. Brajesh Kumar, S/O.- Mr. Ganesh Singh, Policy No.-534565654. Mr. Brajesh Kumar is dead in 2005, and we claim against this policy in our zonal branch Muzaffarpur, Bihar, but there is no any reply against this policy at till date. When we go to that branch they told us, this policy in process but they don’t solve our problem. They always neglect us. I was also talk on it costumer care no. 0612-2271083, at Muzaffarpur, but they also neglect me and told me our branch has transfer at Patna and all document are transfer at Patna branch, so we never help you. So please tell me some right suggestion abut this policy, what i do for further solve my problem. Please take further action against the insurance company to solve my problem.
