I purchased a (nokia 7230) mobile set worth 5800 rs at 16april,2011 from shop named R. B. ENTERPRISES, at CENTRAL TOWN, GURDWARA MARKIT RIAZPURA,JALANDHAR CITY (punjab) .there contect num is 9815301777,01812244554 .
All working call on this mobile disconnected automatically .For which I complaint to the dealer , who refered the case to Nokia care centre at jalndhar near B.M.C chowk (punjab) . Nokia care centre took about 6 weeks time and demanded Rs 565 for extention of guarantee , which I paid. Even then the mobile set , they tried to hand over to me was not working properly , For which i Complaint to them . They demanded Rs 2000 for replacement of extra spare parts which was spoiled by them during repair . To which i did not agree . At present , they forciably want to delivered the non working set to me , to which i refused. This is not only a complaint for non working of mobile set but also harrasment to the purchaser , as well as defamation and bad name of Widely reputed Nokia company . You are therefore requested to kindly interveen and direct the company to issue me a new mobile set in replacement of the faulty set ,which is still lying with the NOKIA CARE CENTRE at JALANDHAR, failing which I shall be compelled to knock the door of court , which may cause inconvinience to you also.
