Complaint against sony xperia M dual phone

Dear Sir, I purchased Sony xperia M dual C2004 from Digitek Computer wizard , C block Yamuna Vihar in October 2013. It used to heat up since beginning , but I continued. Photographs taken during night showed blue tint. In March 2014 when I tried to update walkman app , it got locked and showed encrypted and did not open thereafter. When I contacted the sony service centre Laxmi nagar , they said it has been rooted while it was not. Further the warranty was said to be void. I have discussed with all senior managers , one name i remember Mr neeraj listened but repeated the same that it has been tempered. Even after waiting for one month since 16th April 2014 to resolve the matter with higher authorities , it has been asked to take back . Now they are asking for an expenditure of Rs 5500/- without any guarantee and wish to replace PCB. Dear sir , cant your product be defective piece . can You gurantee for each and every piece manufactured by You. why the customer is put to blame unnecessarily when he is not. Sir , I am a senior doctor in Government and have to deal with medical equipment worth crores of rupees. They also malfunction and all good companies listen, But , it is strange that Sony is not paying any attention to the truth . The cost of the Mobile phone is just 14000/- or something. Do you think i would waste so much time for making four or five rounds to your service center who are unfriendly and unprofessional. If the company policy is only to sell and not to pay heed to genuine complaints then I am sorry , i would never never never purchase and advice anyone to buy sony products. You at least lost one customer , then may loose many like me. In the end I request you to re-look into this and find out whether the piece is defective or not. Many other friends are using same product without any trouble, so this gives me food for thought that this product could be defective. If nothing done , I may approach consumer court
