Subject: – Complaint Against the staff Members, Housing Board, Bhilwara dist. division.

Respected Sir,

I am JINENDRA DANGI s/o Sh. Girdhari Prakash Dangi, the Permanent Resident of 1-kh-15, housing Board Colony, Pratapnagar, Dist- Chittorgarh (Rajasthan) since 25 years.
I have submitted the complete file of Possession of aforementioned Property for NAVINITIKARAN PROCESS (Transfer property from Sh. Shantilal Jain to my mother’s name Mrs. Vimla devi Dangi) 9 months ago to housing board, Bhilwara.
The file contains all the documents asked by the housing board along with the Newest Power of Attorney. Also The Name & Address have already published in Rajasthan Patrika News Paper by Jaipur Division on the date of 5th Feb. 2009(S.No.-37).
But BHL staff doesn’t dispatch the No Due Amount Letter rather they were asking for BRIBE to complete the process & I denied.
I have received first and the only letter from BHL office on the date of 29th Jan, 2009 to submit some other documents, after that I submitted all the remaining necessary documents on the date of 18th Feb.2009.
Still the process is on halt. They are now asking for some absurd documents verbally, which are not included in the official list. If those documents were essential, they would have asked in written as done in the past. Also they are saying the process may take 4 to 5 years but according to the rules of State Govt. of India (Rajasthan housing board), this process may take maximum up to 6 months to complete, but still it is pending. They have the clear intentions of not want to do the job without any extra money, so called Bribe.
I have been visiting the Housing Board office, Bhilwara many times and come back hopelessly with nulls. I fall across even worse condition when they negligently said that my file is missing and I myself with my relatives searched for the file in the office rack. Is it our responsibility to maintain the file in the office? As I have already applied and the process is delayed by BHL, I am not responsible for the increasing interest since my application.
Therefore I want to register a complaint against the Officials of housing board, Bhilwara.
I am a Central Government Employee, Scientist Engineer-SC in Research & Development Division. Now the question is if an educated person like me is facing such problems, what about the common people? Who is responsible for our mental harassments?
Please suggest me what can I do. I hope you will take appropriate actions. Please reply to the mail.
