Sir,
1. I am ean Ex-serviceman retired from Indian Army in 31 Dec 2005. I have been awarded serice pension + medical pension. In Jan 2009 SBI has stopped my medical pension without any reason. In Jul 2009 the medical pension has been re-granted but balance pension amount from Jan 2009 to Jun 2009 has not been credited.

2. As per 6th pay commission, Ist instalment of arrears of pension has to be granted in financial year 2008, but inspite of repeated varbal/written request to the SBI the said amount has still not been granted.

3. The SBI is not crediting service pension/medical pension amount as per 6th pay commission.
