I got message from your BSNL 12630019 Dear Customer your subscription to Music Station has been renewed for next 30 days .You have Charged Rs. 19. Sir the matter is very serious that I have never given the massage that you have given me this but every month when I rechare my service every time they deduct my money. I ofternely talked to Customer Care about this problem and today i.e. 14.09.2009 about 11.00 a.m I have taled to Mr. M.D. Saini about my problem but they have not given me clear answer . Please tell me why they cut my money when I taked before last month to (Mr. Pawan) customer care about my problem then next time why they deduct my money. I hope that you will give me suitable reply and refund my money back in my account solve my problem.
