I gave my TVS Apache 150 CC STD Model Bike for servicing at 7 Point TVS Motors Kolkata, after servicing i didnt checked the speedo meter and took my bike home next day i saw that my speedometer is not working, when I took the bike to them they are saying Sir your speedo meter worked for 8 km and the the wire cut off we are not responsile for it and you need to pay. My Question is how is possible that something that didnt had any kind of problem stopped working just after servicing. They said anything can happen and you need to pay for it. Please help me here. I have spent more than 3.5K for servicing sppending another couple fo 100 rs is not an issue its about the answer i am getting from them that any thing can happen and they are not liable for it. That means that they can tamper with things and later say sir we didnt did anything its just mechanics.
