I have purchased HCL ME Tablet 113YFD017487. On opening the packet,its battery was found swollen & its outer plastic covering was in open condition. I approached to HCL Infosystems Ltd ,Block A,HappyChamber,Mezannine Floor,Ploat -179,Zone 1,Mp Nagar, Bhopal,Madhya Pradesh for resolution of issue. They promised for replacement of battery & other acessories within 10 to 15 days & given me Case ID No.84002911049. But,now nearly 2 months have been passed & I m chasing it every week,but they have not resolve the issue till now. I m not able to use my Tablet since the date of purchase. I m feeling cheated, distressed & irritated by this kind of service of HCL. Request to resolve the issue at the earliest. Please help.
