I took a policy of Aviva Life Insurance in 2006. I want to take for shortest time as a offer was going on for three years. The agent showed me that policy and convinced me to take one. Agentcodeno. 0660798. and DOCOde no.2673B. i took one of that policy he said he will give this policy at my home. policy no WTG 1403701 after having discussion with agent code no0660798 and DO Madam Anshu mattu code no 2673.B 0N13.12.2006 AGENT AND D.O told me that pay three year installment and you will get the amount after four year 150000 after paying 120000 for three continues INSTALLMENT yearly. I have paid the amount.. I received the policy after six month. I did not notice what type of policy the agent had made. But when I went to surrender the Time I have SHOWN to the new agent I got shocked because I made it for short time but he made it for 80 years. then I realized that D.O (Development officer) and agent cheated me now the time I surrendered the policy you have sent me only 53300 only i have deposit 120000 rupees and did not received any paper nor any documentation on time So that I could be able to take any further action. Please tell me what can i do now. At the time of surrendering they just pay me 53300. As they cheated and not paying the full amount.
